Meet Your Teachers

About your Lead Teacher

I first discovered the profound mental and physical benefits of low-impact movement through yoga in 2013 when I began practicing to keep up with my young grandchildren.

What began as a simple path to staying active quickly blossomed into something far more transformative. I realized yoga wasn’t just changing my body — it was reshaping my mind and spirit. In my yoga practice, I learned to slow down, breathe, and become more present in each moment. I became less reactive, more centered, and more compassionate toward myself. What I discovered on the mat began to flow into my everyday life — softening my self-judgment, deepening my gratitude, and reconnecting me to the quiet joy that lives beneath the noise of daily life.

In 2014, I became a certified yoga instructor, inspired to share the profound transformation I had experienced. To me, the essence of teaching yoga is not just about guiding students through poses — it’s about creating a space where they can reconnect with their whole selves. Yoga prepares the body to move with ease, the mind to quiet its chatter, and the heart to open with presence. It offers gentle yet powerful tools that help us face life’s challenges with resilience, awareness, and grace.

As a teacher, I strive to offer each student a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their practice at their own pace. I believe yoga meets us exactly where we are — whether we come seeking strength, stillness, healing, or joy — and that the real magic happens when the lessons we learn on the mat ripple out into how we live, love, and move through the world.

When I’m not in the studio, I cherish time with family and friends — sharing delicious meals, exploring the outdoors, and traveling the world. I am honored to help students of all ages discover how yoga can support not just a stronger body, but a more centered, joyful, and authentic life.

You don’t have to have it all figured out — just take the next right step. Trust your growth, even when it’s quiet. You are stronger and more capable than you know.
